Pharmacological actions:
For adults with sensitive nasal passages and children under
the age of 12 years.
The primary action of Sinuphend is to attack bacteria, fungi
and moulds the primary reasons for the immune response to
nasal congestion and sinusitis. The secondary function is
to reduce inflammation and encourage nasal discharge.
What the active Ingredients
do
Contains 100% natural ingredients.
No Benzylkonium Chloride.
No synthetic preservatives
Colloidal
Silver acts as a catalyst, disabling the enzyme
that all one-celled bacteria, fungi, and viruses use for their
oxygen metabolism. CS has been demonstrated to be effective
against 650 different diseases associated with fungi, parasites,
molds, bacteria and viral infections. CS is completely non-toxic
to the human body, animals, and plants.
Urtica
Dioica
has been shown to reduce inflammation of the nasal mucosa.
Olea europa
has antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial properties. The
active compounds elenolic acid, calcium elenolate oleuropein
, were found to ward off virus, bacterium or protozoan influenza,
parasitic protozoan, fungus, and yeast infections, by dissolving
the outer lining of microbes. The ability to interfere with
critical amino acid production essential for viruses, contains
viral infection and/or spread by inactivating viruses or by
preventing virus shedding, budding or assembly at the cell
membrane, Directly penetrates infected cells and stop viral
replication. In the case of retroviruses, it is able to neutralize
the production of reverse transcriptase and protease. Stimulates
phagocytosis, an immune system response in which cells ingest
harmful microorganisms and foreign matter.
Pulsatilla -
has antiviral activity and is effective in upper respiratory
tract infections
Echinacea
boosts the body’s immunity against viral, fungal, and bacterial
infections, and quickly alleviates the symptoms of the common
cold.
Mineral
salt
- A natural saline solution comprising natural minerals, which
is isotonic to the body mucosa and aids in nasal discharge.
Oleum
Dromais
- Acts as a natural anti-inflammatory and aids transdermal
passage of active ingredients through the skin. As oleum oil
is phosophos-lipid deficient the transport mechanism allows
rapid penetration.
Citrus Grandis
- is a natural anti microbial ingredient which has bactericidal
properties against Strep, Staph, Salmonella, E. Coli, Influenza,
and parasites, associated with nose and throat infections.
It is effective against more than 800 bacterial and viral
organisms, 100 strains of fungus, and a large number of single-cell
and multi-celled parasites. To date there is no evidence that
any type of pathogenic microorganism has ever built up a resistance
to citrus grandis. Due to the mode of its activity, it is
believed that this resistance is impossible as CG disrupts
the organisms cytoplasmic membrane
Hydrastis
therapeutic properties are attributable to its berberine and
hydrastine content, by alleviating inflammation of the mucous
membranes.
