Stress is never a "cause of eczema" but rather a trigger.
Stress can be classified into two types, good and bad.
Good stress is the sort
of stress that exhilarates and excites you. The type
of stress that makes you want to get up in the morning
and challenge the day.
Bad stress is never good.
This type of stress is normally brought on by death,
divorce, moving, financial worries or retrenchment.
The type of curve balls that life throws at us that
we could honestly do without, unfortunately that's life.
Your ability to handle stress varies with each individual
and as each persons pain threshold varies so does their
ability to handle stress.
If stress continues over
long periods a hormonal imbalance can occur leading
to depression hence suicides. (This can be overcome
with high doses of Omega 3, which will balance the ratio
of AA/EPA in the brain). It's not as simple as that
as stress also leads to poor dietary habits which result
in a total breakdown of intestinal flora causing constipation
or even severe colon disorders like Colitis, IBS and
LGS. Colon disorders are normally the primary cause
of eczema.
